Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and required access, review deliverables in a reasonable timeframe, and comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, and professional regulations.

Fees and intellectual property

Fees and payment terms are defined in your engagement agreement. The website and its content are owned by The Practice Catalyst or its licensors. Ownership of client-specific deliverables is determined by the applicable engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity or authority; or copy, scrape, or resell our proprietary content and systems.

Third-party services and results

Our work may involve third-party platforms whose terms, availability, and policies are outside our control. Marketing results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Our services do not constitute medical, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.

SMS/text messaging terms

If you separately opt in, The Practice Catalyst may send the selected type of transactional or marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided as available without guarantees of specific lead volume, revenue, search ranking, or return on advertising spend. To the extent permitted by law, The Practice Catalyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Louisiana law, subject to any controlling engagement agreement.

SMS opt-in form

SMS consent is collected through separate, optional, unchecked consent choices on our public Audit My Practice form. Submitting the form does not require SMS consent.
